For Release: September 5, 2018
Newark, DE – Applied Control Engineering, Inc. (ACE) is pleased to announce the achievement of a new safety milestone. ACE employees have worked more than three million consecutive work hours without incurring an OSHA reportable injury.
ACE recognizes that accident prevention is an essential ingredient in their business and as such considers it a vital part of every job at the company, whether performed in the office or onsite. In its twenty seven year history, ACE has not recorded any lost workday cases.
According to Ian P. Burns, P.E., CFSP, President, “This remarkable safety milestone would not have been possible without the dedication and commitment of all of our employees to maintaining an injury-free workplace.”

Members of the Safety Committee provide the active leadership and support necessary to develop and maintain a successful accident prevention program. The committee raises the awareness of all ACE employees regarding job safety hazards and conducts regular company-wide safety training.

From platform selection and design, to start-up and validation, as an independent systems integrator, ACE helps customers select the right solution and then implement it on time and on budget.
