11 years with ACE: A Journey into Continuous Improvement
During my senior year at the University of Delaware, where I was completing my Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree, I, like many of my classmates, was looking for a job. I applied to numerous places and eventually received an offer from a pharmaceutical company located far from my family and soon-to-be wife. While working at this new job, I quickly realized that working for a big company came with big personalities, big politics, and even bigger headaches. Within a year, I knew I needed to find something different and wanted to move closer to home.
